Federal Member for Hume Angus Taylor says the Liberal Party’s decision to change leaders was a resounding message to supporters and the electorate about the Coalition’s determination to defeat Labor at the next Federal election.

Mr Taylor said the party would unite behind Malcolm Turnbull as leader and the new Prime Minister.

“I have a firm policy about not commenting on Party Room matters. But I acknowledge there is a range of views about the leadership change.

“I urge all supporters to unite behind the clear aim of securing an emphatic win at the next election and continuing to rebuild the nation.”
