Joint Statement with Senator the Hon Jane Hume

We warmly welcome the Party’s decision to select Lincoln Folo as the new Federal Director of the Liberal Party of Australia.

Lincoln is a highly respected and capable leader who brings extensive experience, sound judgment, and is a strident supporter of our values. His appointment comes at an important time, and we are confident he will play a key role in strengthening our organisation, supporting our team, and helping to lead the Party through the next phase of renewal and growth.

We take this opportunity to again thank Andrew Hirst for his outstanding leadership and dedicated service as Federal Director. Hirsty has made a significant contribution to the Party over many years, and we remain deeply grateful for the professionalism, resilience, and commitment he brought to the role.

We congratulate Lincoln on his appointment and look forward to working with him as we continue the task of building a fairer, freer and better Australia.
